Hocus Pocus....

Started on my jars and test tubes now. These take a long time in the kiln so I have to apply patience and concentrate on my sketchbooks and professional practice module. CV's, artists statements and basically working towards my future as an artist. I intend to further my education first by enrolling on a MA in craft at Brighton University. My only concern is there is no glass studio but it will give me a chance to focus more on my metal work. To do a MA in glass I would have to travel a considerable distance and I'm not sure I can justify that with my family commitments.

Any way enough of that the first lot of jars are cooked! Due to the size of my kiln they have been fired twice as I had to add more glass to build up the height. Got to be coldworked yet but what do you think?
